Umalytic is an AI-powered analytics platform that provides pre-match probabilistic insights for tennis. We do not sell betting tips or gambling advice. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in the United States. Please also review our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.

• Account information: email and an encrypted/hashed password.
• Usage data: prediction requests, timestamps, model/feature metadata, credits purchased/used, and basic device/usage logs.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we receive tokens/receipts and limited billing details, not full card numbers.

• Provide, operate, and improve the service and its probabilistic outputs.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse or fraud, and enforce our terms.
• Handle billing, credit usage, receipts, and account administration.

We may use data in aggregated or anonymized form to evaluate and improve model calibration, reliability, and performance. We do not perform personal profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

We use essential cookies or similar storage (e.g., auth/session tokens) to keep you signed in and secure. No ad trackers.

We rely on limited third parties to deliver the service, including payment processing by Stripe, hosting and delivery providers (e.g., Vercel or Render), and privacy-focused analytics used to monitor performance and reliability. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

We retain account, usage, and billing records while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or enforce agreements. We remove or anonymize data when it is no longer required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of transmissions or storage.

The service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Umalytic is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another region, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. and acknowledge that U.S. privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or legal requirements. Material updates will be posted here, and continued use of the service after an update signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
