These Terms of Service govern your use of Umalytic, an AI-powered analytics platform that provides pre-match probability estimates for tennis matches. Umalytic does not sell betting picks, tips, or gambling advice. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

Accessing or using the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Umalytic.

Umalytic offers probabilistic analytics for tennis matches. Outputs are informational only, not betting, gambling, or financial advice. We are not affiliated with any bookmaker, ATP, WTA, or ITF.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use the service where you are located.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or breach.

Access to predictions is billed via credits purchased through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize charges through Stripe subject to their terms.

• Use the service only for lawful, informational purposes.
• No scraping, bulk extraction, resale, sublicensing, or redistributing outputs without permission.
• No reverse engineering, security testing without consent, or interfering with service integrity.
• No using outputs to mislead, harass, or violate applicable laws or regulations.

Probabilities are estimates, not promises of outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and model outputs can be wrong or updated.

You assume all risk for decisions made using the service and remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

Umalytic does not promote or provide gambling. If you choose to wager independently, do so responsibly and within your legal jurisdiction. Seek help if you experience problem gambling behaviors.

Umalytic owns the models, software, UI, content, and branding. Using the service does not grant rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to access the service.

We use third-party providers such as Stripe for payments and hosting vendors for delivery. Their terms and privacy notices govern their services.

The service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umalytic and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Umalytic from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, legal requirements, or security concerns. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by U.S. law. Venue and governing law may be specified in supplemental notices where required.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
